The
mighty Klamath River, more than 200 miles long, from the Oregon
border to the ocean provides some of the finest trout, steelhead
and salmon fishing experiences available in the lower 48 states.
Below Iron Gate dam the Klamath runs free to the ocean and is
home to the special Klamath Steelie. These fish run 3 to 10 pounds
and are known for their fighting ability. In our drift boats we
offer 2 to 5 day trips on the most productive stretches in season.
Above Copco Lake the Klamath is managed as a Wild Trout Fishery.
This water gets little angling pressure even though it holds Rainbows
over seven pounds. We use whitewater boats rigged for fishing
and offer 3 day wilderness trips yielding some of the finest trout
fishing in the state.
