Petroglyphs, caves, hot springs, unique geological formations and outstanding wilderness make this canyon a journey through time. Spring is when the canyon is in full bloom and the snow melts bring the river to life. The Owyhee flows through the high desert in the southeast corner of Oregon and has Grand Canyon qualities.
